We explore your concerns, goals, and patterns using evidence-based tools based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, emotion regulation, and neuropsychology tailored to your needs.

My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an effective, evidence-based treatment that helps you identify and challenge negative thought patterns. I offer 1:1 sessions of 50 minutes for €60, working with adults and adolescents (16+) in English and Spanish.
My practice is especially centered on LGBTIQ+ individuals, racialized people, migrants, and those healing from gender-based violence, as well as people on psychiatric medication who are seeking psychological support beyond pharmacological care.
My focus areas include Trauma and PTSD, Depression and Mood Disorders, Identity and Sexual Orientation, Anxiety, Panic and OCD, and Gender-Based Violence.
SCHEDULE 1:1 SESSIONShort-term support for workplace stress, conflicts, burnout, and career transition, often available as a free benefit through the employer.
EAP covers workplace stress and burnout, conflicts and performance anxiety, work-life balance, and discrimination or violence at work.

In addition to my studies in Clinical Health Psychology, I have a specialization in Neuropsychology that aims to restore and strengthen cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention, and problem-solving, that are affected by injury, illness, or developmental challenges.
